Organic Red Potatoes are round to oval with distinct red skins. These Organic Red Potatoes can be cooked in almost any way imaginable; they have a light, subtle flavor and a creamy texture. To preserve the nutrients, leave the skins on and simply scrub gently in water before using.
Red Potatoes, if unpeeled are rich in potassium and vitamin C. They are naturally low in fat and sodium. Several small-sized potatoes contain about the same calories as a large apple.

Avoid potatoes that have wrinkles or any bitter green discoloration. Also avoid potatoes that show signs of sprouting, wilting, or decay.
