The Gold Dust Peach tends be a large, beautifully colored fruit. The skin color is rosy red with a golden yellow background and pale yellow interior fruit. This is an all-purpose peach, superb for eating out of hand as well as for cooking or baking. The flavor of this heirloom variety is all peach; sweet and extremely juicy.

Choose fruit with no bruises or soft spots. May be ripened in a paper bag at room temperature. Peaches tend to lose flavor if stored in a refrigerator for more than three days.
