Melissa's Organic Duet Peppers are available in varying colors that offer distinct flavor and a multitude of uses. Serve raw in salads, as spears with dip, or use as an edible vessel for an easy appetizer. They can also be easily cooked and incorporated into omelets, soups, stews or pizza.

Good quality peppers should be firm, fresh looking and brightly colored. Avoid peppers that appear shriveled, dull looking or pitted. Keep unwashed peppers refrigerated for about one week.
