Melissa's Nectarines have a smooth orange-yellow skin with striking red markings.
Available in both white and yellow fleshed varieties, they may be eaten raw, jellied, cooked or candied. The skin is edible but may be removed. Add their succulent sweetness to ice cream, sorbet, pies, quick breads, tarts and cakes. Blend into yogurt or add chunks to fruit salads. Use as a healthy topping for cereal, pancakes, French toast or waffles.
Melissa's Nectarines are hand-selected for excellent quality. Store at room temperature for up to one week after ripening. May be refrigerated to stop the ripening process.
