How to cut a Gold Pineapple: Cut off the crown and base. Cut off the sides and trim the eyes. Cut into quarters. Slide down the triangular tip to remove the core. Slice in half lengthwise. Cut into chunks.
If you’re not planning to eat your pineapple immediately after purchasing, you can cut the fruit from the shell and refrigerate it in an airtight glass container. Be sure to use it within one week.
