Melissa’s Cherry Bell Peppers are deep orange to bright red, resembling cherries. Due to its thick skin, the cherry bell is never dried, but is pickled.

These mild to fairly hot peppers are very spherical in shape held by a long slender stem. Although Melissa’s Cherry Bell Peppers can be hot, they can also be very sweet in flavor, ranging in size from small to large.
