How to cut a Mango
• Cut vertically, stem side up, ¼ inch away from the center
• Make the same cut on the other side
• Score flesh on each cheek in a grid-like pattern
• Use a large spoon to detach the flesh from the skin
• Scoop the cubes out and enjoy!
Best stored in the refrigerator when ripe, up to 4 days.
