1. Eligibility:
This promotion is open to legal residents of California (USA) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Melissa’s/World Variety Produce, Inc , its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Contest Period:
The promotion begins on October 1st, 2024 and ends on November 6th, 2024 at 11:59 PM PST (“Promotion Period”). All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible.
3. How to Enter:
· Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Sign up through the official entry form available at Melissas.com. Limit one (1) free entry per person.
· Contest Entry (Purchase): Purchase a Clean Snax Sample Pack from https://www.trycleansnax.com/ to receive an additional entry into the promotion. Limit one (1) extra entry per purchase of a Clean Snax Sample Pack during the Promotion Period.
4. Prize:
There will be Two (2) prize winners:
One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:
· Four (4) Tickets to the Los Angeles Kings vs. Buffalo Sabres game at Crypto.com Arena on November 20, 2024, at 7:30 PM.
o Seat Location: Section 106, Row 2, Seats 13-16.
o Includes access to the Delta SKY360° Club (inclusive of food and beverage cuisine).
· One (1) SW VIP Parking (Valet) Pass.
One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:
5 Glass Tickets to – Anaheim Ducks vs. Red Wings @ Honda Center Arena
- Date: Friday, November 15, 2024 @ 7:00 PM
- Seat Location: Section 209, Row A, Seat 8-12
o (1) Premium Parking
The approximate combined retail value (ARV) of the prize is $6,000. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions are allowed, except at the sole discretion of Melissa’s/World Variety Produce, Inc.
5. Winner Selection:
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted on or about November 8th, 2024. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry.
6. Odds of Winning:
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification:
The potential winner will be notified via email or phone within three (3) days of the drawing. The winner must respond within three (3) days of notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified period, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Prize Conditions:
· The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.
· By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Melissa’s/World Variety Produce, Inc to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. General Conditions:
· Melissa’s/World Variety Produce, Inc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if it becomes compromised in any way.
· Melissa’s/World Variety Produce, Inc is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or technical malfunctions.
10. Limitation of Liability:
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Melissa’s/World Variety Produce, Inc, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
11. Privacy:
Personal information collected during this promotion will be used in accordance with Melissa’s/World Variety Produce, Inc’s Privacy Policy, available at [Link to Privacy Policy].
12. Disputes:
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California. By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising from this promotion will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
