Oval-shaped Palmer Mangos turn from purple to bright red as they ripen. Inside, their bright orange flesh is juicy and very sweet, with notes of citrus and peach. Delicious freshly sliced, they also bring natural sweetness to salads, salsas, smoothies and desserts.
The addition builds on growing interest in the mango category. According to the National Mango Board, U.S. retail sales of whole mangos reached $583 million in 2025, up from $513 million the previous year.
