NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
1. Sponsor
The giveaway is sponsored and administered by World Variety Produce, Inc., doing business as Melissa’s Produce, P.O. Box 514599, Los Angeles, CA 90051.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, affiliated companies, and organizations involved in administering the giveaway, along with their immediate families and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins Monday, September 28, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the calendar date the final game of the 2026 World Series concludes.
The closing date follows the actual completion of the World Series, including any postponements or schedule changes. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
4. How to Enter
Visit Melissa’s #HomePlate Giveaway landing page on melissas.com during the Giveaway Period and complete the online entry form. Each eligible person may submit one entry.
Entries must contain accurate contact information and arrive before the giveaway closes. Automated entries, duplicate submissions, and entries using another person’s identity may be disqualified. No purchase, recipe submission, photo, or social media post is required.
5. Prize Package
One winner will receive:
• One $250 Melissa’s gift card.
• One Deluxe Exotic and Tropical Fruit Basket, approximately 7 to 8 pounds, valued at $84.49.
• Two bags of Melissa’s Whole Bean Coffee, 10 ounces each, valued at $45.49 total.
Total approximate retail value: $379.98 USD.
The gift card is subject to its applicable redemption terms. Fruit assortment may vary based on seasonal availability and shipping restrictions. Coffee selection may vary based on availability.
The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. If an item becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
The Sponsor will cover delivery to an eligible U.S. address. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The Sponsor will select one potential winner by random drawing from all eligible entries within five business days after the giveaway closes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form and must respond within three calendar days of notification.
The potential winner must confirm eligibility and provide a valid shipping address. If notification is undeliverable, the entrant does not respond within the required period, or the entrant is ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing.
7. Email and Privacy
The entry form will explain any email subscription choice. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time without affecting their entry or chances of winning.
Personal information will be handled according to Melissa’s Privacy Policy.
8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these rules. The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent information, or attempts to manipulate the drawing.
If fraud, technical failures, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control prevent fair administration, the Sponsor may suspend or modify the giveaway as permitted by law. Material updates will be posted on the giveaway page.
9. Questions and Winner Information
For questions about the giveaway or to request the winner’s name after verification, send a direct message to @melissasproduce on Instagram. Winner information requests must be received within 60 days after the giveaway closes.
Contacting Melissa’s on Instagram does not count as an entry.
