Melissa’s Family Baking Challenge Pass the Plate
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Eligibility
The Family Baking Challenge Pass the Plate (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 21 years old the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, overseas military installations, and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of World Variety Produce, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and the immediate family/household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on November 24, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on December 29, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
4. How to Enter
Visit https://www.melissas.com/pages/family-baking-challenge during the Promotion Period and complete the online entry form. Limit: one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Automated entries are not permitted.
Sponsor may contact entrants using the email address provided. Entrants may opt out of future communications without affecting their chances of winning.
5. Winner Selection
On or about December 30, 2025, Sponsor will randomly select three (3) potential winners from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
6. Prizes
• Grand Prize: $1000 cash + baking bundle + additional partner prizes
• Second Prize: $750 cash + baking bundle + additional partner prizes
• Third Prize: $500 cash + baking bundle + additional partner prizes
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes: $2,750
Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash redemption permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not specified in these Official Rules.
7. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified by email on or about December 30, 2025. Winners must respond within three (3) days of notification. Failure to respond, return of notification as undeliverable, or failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and IRS Form W-9. Prizes valued at $600 or more will be reported to the IRS on Form 1099.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further compensation.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
10. Release of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.melissas.com.
12. Governing Law
All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of laws principles. Entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
