Origin: Ethiopia
Produced at the well-known Aricha washing station in southern Ethiopia, this coffee is made from cherries delivered by hundreds of nearby smallholder farmers growing coffee in the highlands surrounding Yirgacheffe. The elevated growing conditions and traditional natural processing contribute to a vibrant cup with mild acidity and layered sweetness. Expect subtle berry and cherry character balanced by caramelized sugars and chocolate depth. Bright, expressive, and distinctly Ethiopian, this coffee offers the classic profile we have come to expect from high-quality Yirgacheffe naturals.
