Melissa’s Tropical Avocados are big and gorgeous with shiny green skin and silky-smooth pale green flesh. This avocado has an ideal creamy texture and nutty flavor with a slightly firmer feel compared to other varieties.

The firm flesh of this variety makes it great for slicing and dicing. Tropicals hold their shape well, creating a beautiful presentation for sandwiches, toast, salads and sushi. 

In addition, Tropical Avocados oxidize very slowly. You can use part of the avocado and store the rest without fear of it turning brown too quickly. A longer cut-life means less waste and more creamy avocado to love!

These smooth and delicious avocados are ripe when green with a little give. Refrigerate ripe or cut avos covered for up to 5 days. Each avocado is hand-selected for excellent quality. Enjoy year-round.
