Melissa’s Organic Romaine Hearts are the sweet and tender inside leaves of the heads of romaine lettuce.

Organic Romaine Hearts are preferred for reasons of taste, health and the environment. Enjoy them in salads or on sandwiches. Romaine lettuce is also great in cooking; it may be steamed, braised or added to soups.

Melissa’s Organic Romaine Hearts are hand-selected for excellent quality. Wrap in a towel, store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to five days. Organic produce should not be stacked with non-organic produce.
