The sunshine-yellow hue of Melissa’s Organic Yellow Squash is hard to ignore. This “summer squash” has tender skin, seeded flesh and a mild taste with a hint of veggie sweetness. Like zucchini, yellow squash lends itself to a myriad of recipes. It’s tender enough to shave raw into ribbons or “zoodles,” or it tastes delicious grilled, roasted or sautéed with butter and fresh herbs. Tasty flavor pairings include feta, corn, potatoes, tomatoes and basil.

USDA-Certified Organic Yellow squash is grown without the use of harmful fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides.

Keep wrapped in plastic and store in the refrigerator crisper drawer for up to one week.
