Air-freighted from Vietnam's Mekong Delta region, the Pink Elephant Mango offers a sweet taste with delightful floral notes. It’s best enjoyed fresh on fruit platters where you can admire its pink skin. In Vietnam, mango is sometimes served with salt, sugar and chili powder, sweet fish sauce (nước chấm), or served over sticky rice for dessert.

When ripe, the fruit will be a deep rose pink and give slightly to a gentle squeeze. Once ripe, enjoy it immediately or store it in the refrigerator for up to a week.
