Dutch Blue® potatoes from Melissa’s are hand-selected for excellent quality. Look for firm, well-shaped, fairly smooth potatoes. Avoid any white discoloration and which causes it to taste bitter. Avoid any potatoes that show signs of sprouting, wilting, wrinkling or decay.
Store in a cool, well-ventilated area rather than refrigerate.
