Once rehydrated, Melissa’s Dried Oyster Mushrooms can be served as a main course or appetizer and will add a wonderful flavor and texture to sauces, main dishes and stir-fries. Melissa’s Oyster Mushrooms are hand selected for excellent quality. Store in a cool, dry place. After rehydrating, trim tough stems.

To reconstitute, blanch in boiling water for 2 – 5 minutes or soak 30 minutes in lukewarm water, wine or consommé. If desired, reserve liquid to add flavor to dishes.
