Yuca Root, Peel

Scrub Yuca then cut into 2 - 3 inch sections.

Make a lengthwise slit in each.

You will see an under-skin beneath the bark



Place your paring knife inside the slit and under this, then pull off both bark and under-layer.




Rinse well, then place in cold water.
