2 whole organic avocados, firm and ripe
1/2 Hot House Cucumbers (English Cucumbers) cut into 1/2 inch pieces
8 ounces plain low fat yogurt (1 cup)
3 tablespoons chives, chopped
1 teaspoon Key lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 teaspoon salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon Jalapeno chile, chopped with seeds
1 cup ice cubes
Organic avocado, diced
Chives, chopped
Peel and pit avocado.
Blend all ingredients in a blender until very smooth, about 10 minutes.
