Light Tung Ho Soup
Directions
Bring a pot of water to boil.
Add Tung Ho and blanch for a few minutes.
Bring chicken broth to simmer over low heat.
Add tomatoes, leeks, light soy sauce and Tung Ho.
Simmer for several more minutes. Serve immediately.
