Ingredients

7 cups Water

6 medium Potatoes, peeled and sliced

2 Onions, peeled and sliced

1 Organic Carrot

1/2 teaspoon Thyme

1 Bay Leaf

1 Clove

1/2 cup Milk, scalded

1/2 cup Cream, scalded

1 1/2 teaspoons Salt

1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper
Directions
Boil the water in a saucepan.
Add the potatoes, onions, carrot, thyme, bay leaf, and clove.
Cook over low heat for 45 minutes.
Put the mixture through a sieve.
Add the milk, cream, salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
