2 pounds Organic Cantaloupe, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon Organic Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
3/4 cup Sparkling Apple Juice
Purée cantaloupe with 1 tablespoon lemon juice in a blender until very smooth, about 2 minutes.
Stir in juice, season with salt.
Ladle into serving bowls and garnish with mint sprigs and fresh raspberries. Serve immediately.
