2 packs (1 ounce) Melissa’s Dried Mushroom Medley
1 pack (½ ounce) Melissa’s Dried Porcini Mushrooms
½ cup kosher salt
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1 ½ teaspoons crushed pepper flakes
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
¼ teaspoon granulated sugar
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until coarsely ground for 20 to 30 seconds. Then blend for 1 to 2 minutes, or until finely ground to a powder. Let the dust settle before opening the lid.
Store seasoning in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
