A multipurpose seasoning blend that packs in lots of salty and savory flavor from dried mushrooms.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until coarsely ground for 20 to 30 seconds. Then blend for 1 to 2 minutes, or until finely ground to a powder. Let the dust settle before opening the lid.
Store seasoning in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
