This would be great on fruit salad, or quinoa and fruit salad. Also, good as marinade for shrimp or whitefish.
1 each seedless lemon - juiced
1/4 cup Melissa's pomegranate arils
1 cup passion fruit pulp (about 6 passion fruit)
2 tablespoons Melissa's Organic Blue Agave Syrup to taste
Freshly ground pepper
In a blender, place all the ingredients, cover and blend until smooth. Use as a salad dressing or marinade.
Store any leftover dressing in a sealed container and use within one week.
