5 large organic tomatoes
Serrano Chiles (Note: this is a hot pepper so use as many as you would like.)
1/2 large onion
1 clove peeled garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
To boiling water, add tomatoes and chiles and cook for 2-3 minutes. Blend all the ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth.
