Wash the Pul Qua, then slice it as thinly as possible, sprinkle with salt and mix well. Leave for 30 minutes, then rinse under cold water and squeeze dry.
Put it into a bowl with the garlic and ginger and squeeze all together to mix well. Add lime juice and mix again. Serve as an accompaniment to rice and curry.
