Ingredients

5 large Organic Tomatoes, seeded and chopped (about 2 cups)

1/2 medium White Onion, medium dice

4 Organic Limes juice, freshly squeezed

1/2 Organic Lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
-
4 Serrano Chiles, minced (remove seeds and veins if you want to reduce the heat)

1/4 bunch Cilantro, chopped
-
1/2 teaspoon Mexican Oregano, toasted

1/2 teaspoon Corn Oil
Directions
Put tomatoes, onion, lime juice, lemon juice, salt, chiles, cilantro, oregano and corn oil on a bowl.
Put vegetable mixture in the refrigerator for 3 hours to let the flavors “marry”.
