This makes a delicious dipping sauce for pot stickers, egg rolls, seared tuna and spring rolls!
Ingredients

6 ounces soy sauce

3 tablespoons rice vinegar (unseasoned)

2 pumps ginger extract
-
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
-
2 tablespoons mint leaves, fresh and minced

1 tablespoons organic lime juice (freshly squeezed)

1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped medium, leaves only

6 ounces vegetable broth
Directions
Rinse, dry and chop mint and cilantro.
Measure all other ingredients and combine thoroughly with mint and cilantro in a small mixing bowl.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before use; this will allow flavors to develop in the dipping sauce. Sauce has a shelf life of approximately 2 days refrigerated.
