Use as a salad dressing or marinade.
1 seedless lemon, juiced
¼ cup pomegranate arils
1 cup passion fruit pulp (about 6 passion fruits)
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Freshly ground pepper to taste
In a blender, place all the ingredients, cover and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate when not using.
This would go great with spicy greens such as arugula!
