Kumquat Marinade for Grill or Stir Fry
Ingredients

1 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed

1/3 pound kumquats, Fukushu kumquats, or mandarinquats, quartered

1/4 cup rice wine or dry sherry

3 teaspoon soy sauce
-
1 teaspoon chile garlic sauce

1 tablespoon sugar

1/4 cup vegetable oil
-
6 Dried Japones Chiles
Directions
Soak kumquats in hot water until softened, about 15 minutes, then drain.
Chop kumquats into small pieces leaving skin on.
Combine remaining marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Use on your favorite fish or poultry or your favorite stir fry.
