Ingredients

1 Melissaโs White Peach, halved, pitted

1 Melissaโs Plum Bite, halved, pitted

1 slice Melissaโs Yellow Watermelon
-
1 green apple, halved, cored (or your favorite apple)

1 mango, halved, pitted
-
1 Serrano chile
-
8 Melissaโs Red Muscatosโข Grapes, halved
-
8 Melissaโs Green Muscatosโข Grapes, halved

1/4 Melissaโs Perfect Sweet Onion, peeled, diced small

1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
-
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
-
3 fresh Melissaโs Basil Leaves, cut into ribbons

1 lime

As needed cooking spray
Directions
Prepare a hot grill.
Spray the peach, pluot, watermelon, apple, mango and serrano chile with the cooking spray and place on the grill. Cook until you get nice grill marks, about 3 minutes, then flip them and repeat. Remove from the grill and let cool.
Dice the peach, pluot and apple. Peel the watermelon and mango and dice. Slice the chile.
In a bowl, add the diced fruit, chile, grapes, onion, salt and pepper, and basil. Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice into the bowl. Gently toss and set aside.
Serve with chips, pork, chicken, beef or white fish
