You can use this fresh salsa in tacos or quesadillas, or if you like you can heat it and use as a sauce for chicken, fish, meats, rice, etc. (In a saucepan add a small amount of vegetable oil and when it is warm add the salsa, heat for 20 minutes or so).
Ingredients

8 tomatillos

Serrano Peppers (use as many as you would like)

1/2 large onion

1 clove peeled garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
Directions
Peel the tomatillos if they still have husks. In boiling water, cook the tomatillos and serrano peppers for 1 or 2 minutes.
Blend all the ingredients together in food processor or blender until smooth.
