This chutney will be a novelty for western cooks, although in India "amchoor" chutney is well known and quite popular.
Ingredients

2 ounces Dried Mango Slices

20 leaves Mint
-
1 Jalapeno or Serrano Pepper, chopped

1 clove Organic Garlic, sliced

1/4 teaspoon Ginger Root, grated

1 teaspoon Coriander Seeds

Sea Salt to your taste
Directions
Soak the mango slices in water to cover overnight, or soak in warm, water about 2 hours.
Place the mango slices, the water they were soaking in, and the rest of the ingredients into an electric grinder.
Puree until the ingredients can pass through a strainer. Chill and serve with a meal or savoury snacks.
Recipe Note
Dried mango slices (amchoor) are available at all Indian grocers.
