1 (2 ounces) package Melissa’s Dried de Arbol Peppers, stems and seeds removed
1½ cups Water
2 teaspoons Salt
1 (2 ounces) package Melissa’s Dried de Arbol Peppers, stems and seeds removed
8 Limes or 1½ cups Lime Juice
2 teaspoons Salt
Place the chiles in a dry, hot sauté pan and cook until browned. Be sure to keep them moving so that they don’t char. Once browned, place the peppers in a blender. Add the water and salt and blend until smooth.
