Ingredients

1 (12 ounces) package organic cranberries

1 cup water

1/2 cup orange juice

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon Meyer lemons, zest

1 tablespoon Meyer lemons, juice

1 Serrano pepper, seeded and finely diced
Directions
Rinse cranberries, discarding any over ripe or under ripe berries.
In a saucepan, combine cranberries, water, orange juice, lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar and Serrano Pepper.
Bring to a boil; lower heat and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cranberries have burst and the sauce is slightly thickened.
Allow sauce to cool before serving.
