1 tablespoon Peanut Oil
2 cups Kim Chee
1/2 pound Pork Butt sliced into shreds
1 teaspoon Organic Garlic peeled and crushed
1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
4 Scallions cut into 2 pieces
Salt and Pepper
Sesame Seeds toasted
Heat a wok, add the oil, stir-fry the pork for a couple of minutes, adding salt and pepper.
Add the scallions and toss a bit. Add the Napa Kim Chee, garlic, and red pepper.
Stir-fry for a couple of minutes until all is hot. Remove to a plate and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
Be careful with the salt because the Kim Chee is already salty.
