Ingredients

1 tablespoon peanut oil

2 cups Kim Chee

1/2 pound pork butt, sliced into shreds

1 teaspoon organic garlic, peeled and crushed

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

4 scallions, cut into 2 pieces

Salt and pepper

Sesame seeds, toasted
Directions
Heat a wok, add the oil, stir-fry the pork for a couple of minutes, adding salt and pepper.
Add the scallions and toss a bit. Add the Napa Kim Chee, garlic, and red pepper.
Stir-fry for a couple of minutes until all is hot. Remove to a plate and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
Recipe Note
Be careful with the salt because the Kim Chee is already salty.
