2 1/2 cup rice
1 jar Melissa's Kim Chee
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoons sesame seeds (prepared)
2 tablespoons green onions, minced
1 teaspoon garlic - minced
1 dash pepper
3 1/2 cups water
2 egg
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 pinch of salt
7 ounces rib eye, thinly sliced
Shred Kim Chee without rinsing. Shred beef.
Sauté rice in sesame oil until translucent.
In deep pan or rice cooker, place first 1/3 of the Kim Chee. Then 1/3 of the beef. Repeat the process two more times and add 3 1/3 cups water. Cook as for rice.
