Four slices rustic bread, toasted
One cup ricotta cheese
Two tablespoons honey
One teaspoon vanilla extract
One-fourth cup Melissa’s Fabbri Pistachio Dessert Sauce
One cup pineberries, sliced
One-fourth cup chopped pistachios
In a bowl, mix ricotta, honey and vanilla.
Spread ricotta mixture over toasted bread slices.
Drizzle with pistachio sauce and top with sliced pineberries.
Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and serve immediately.
