½ cup Melissa’s Habanero Hot Honey
1 Orange - juiced
1 Melissa’s Seedless Lemon – zest and juice
2 pounds Salmon Fillet – skin removed
1/8 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/8 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Make the glaze by combining the honey, orange juice, lemon zest and juice. Set aside.
Season the salmon on both sides with the salt, pepper and granulated garlic. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe pan over high heat. Add the fish and sear until golden brown. Flip the fish over and pour the glaze over the fish. Place the pan in the oven. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
To serve, cut the fish into portions and place them onto a platter.
