2 tablespoons Oil
2 pounds Beef cut into cubes
Water
1 large Lo Bok Peeled & Cubed
1 Star Anise
Soy Sauce to taste
Heat oil in a large pot, add beef and brown well on all sides.
Add Lo Bok, star anise and about 1 inch of water.
Cover and simmer gently until meat is tender.
Adjust seasoning using salt or soy sauce to taste and serve.
