Dough

• 2 packages quick rise dry yeast

• 2 cups water, tepid

• ½ cup salad oil

• 4 tablespoons olive oil

• ½ cup cornmeal

• 5½ cups flour

Filling for a 9 inch or 10 inch pan

• ⅓ pound mozzarella cheese, sliced

• 2 cups canned tomatoes, drained and mashed

• 1 teaspoon basil

• 1 teaspoon oregano

• 2 cloves organic garlic, peeled and crushed
