2 pounds Lean Brisket
1½ pounds Baby Dutch Yellow® Potatoes
Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste
In a large oven roaster pan, add the meat, potatoes and carrots.
Cover with hot water, just enough to cover meat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake in a 375°F oven for 2-3 hours until meat is tender and vegetables are tender.
