4 French rolls, halved
Salad dressing (use classic Caesar dressing), as needed
8 leaves Organic Iceberg Lettuce
1 pound Baby Heirloom Tomatoes, quartered
8 slices smoked bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Lightly toast the bread halves in the oven. Spread desired amounts of the Caesar dressing over the bread.
Place 2 leaves of lettuce on 4 bread halves. Top that with equal parts of tomato and bacon.
Cover with the remaining bread halves.

Recipe Note
