Ingredients

• 1/2 cup oats, quick-cooking variety

• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

• 1/4 cup butter, melted

• 3 large organic pears, peeled and thinly sliced

• 3 each plumcots, pitted and thinly sliced

• 3 tablespoons sugar

• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
