1 cup Melissa’s Passion Fruit Pulp (about 12 passion fruit)
1 (12 oz.) can Evaporated Milk
1 (13.65 oz.) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract
6 cups Whole Milk
6 tablespoons Unflavored Gelatin
1 cup Cold Water
2 Gelatin Molds
In a pot, add the passion fruit and the next 4 ingredients. Heat on low, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the water. Add to the pot and heat on medium for 10 minutes.
Pour the contents of the pot into molds and chill until set, about 1 ½-2 hours.
