Directions
Make the sauce first. Beat the egg in a small saucepan. Add the rest of the sauce ingredients and blend.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook 1 minute. Set aside and let cool.
Remove the rind from the cantaloupe and pineapple and peel the grapefruit and oranges; do not peel the apple.
Cut all the fruit into bite-size pieces.
Place in a large bowl, pour sauce over all, and allow to stand for at least 2 hours. Stir once.
Just before serving, sprinkle blueberries over the top.
