1 Store Bought Pizza Dough
2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter - melted
1 ½ cups Mascarpone Cheese – softened
Melissa’s Fabbri Gourmet Dessert Sauce Pistachio Flavor
1 package Melissa’s Dried Apricots
10 Melissa’s Red Muscato™ Grapes – halved
10 Melissa’s Green Muscato™ Grapes – halved
3 leaves Fresh Basil – cut into ribbons
2 tablespoons Melissa’s Pomegranate Arils
2 tablespoons Melissa’s Coconut Clean Snax® – crushed
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Roll out the pizza dough to an approximately 13-inch circle.
Place in the oven and bake until cooked through, about 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool.
In a bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese and 2 tablespoons of the dessert sauce. Spread the mixture all over the pizza crust. Top the pizza with the apricots and the next 4 ingredients. Sprinkle with the Clean Snax®, slice and serve.
