4 cups fresh peaches, chopped
2 cups blackberries
1 tablespoon vanilla
2½ cups almond flour
2 cups chopped pecans
½ teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons cinnamon
18 teaspoons (6 tablespoons) coconut oil
4 ounces butter
Clean peaches and blackberries.
In a bowl, mix fruit, vanilla, and half of the cinnamon.
Reserve the other half of the cinnamon for the crumble.
Mix flour, cinnamon, pecans, honey, and salt to form crumble.
Place fruit mixture in each cup and place on crumble.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
