Chef Tom Fraker
2 scoops Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (1/2 cup each scoop)
1/4 cup Strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup Raspberries
1 ounce Dried Blueberries
2 teaspoon Dessert Sauce, Chocolate Flavor to your taste
Place one scoop of ice cream in each of two margarita glasses. Sprinkle the berries over the ice cream and drizzle the chocolate sauce over the top.
A dollop of fresh whipped cream is always good to add.
